What was the biggest surprise during your baking journey? Did you use any unconventional approaches? What did you learn along the way? Tell us about it!
It was bad all around. I usually prepare more, but this one just didn't work. The ganache never set, and because it was so hot the whole thing just failed.
How did you add a Wisconsin twist to your flavors or decoration?
The cream used in the filling and ganache was from Wisconsin.
