McIntosh Cream Cheese Apple Tart. I found a simple apple tart recipe online. The baking apple I like to use is McIntosh. It is a simple recipe. I made a few adjustments. I will use the recipe again.

Now that you survived this challenge, what words of wisdom do you have to share?

This is the first time I have used a springform pan. It is not something to be afraid of.

Tell us about how you added a Wisconsin twist.

I continue to use Weyauwega butter and Penzey spices.
