Would you describe yourself as a rogue baker, or do you strictly adhere to the recipe?

I generally adhere to a recipe! Going off the grid makes me nervous when baking. Cooking is another story!

Tell us about how you added a Wisconsin twist to your bread creation.

I used rosemary in this flatbread that I picked from my very own patio garden.
