The Wisconsin Tree: apple, cheddar, and maple syrup. I am most proud of trying hot water crust pastry.

I used a maple leaf tin for the leaves of the tree and a mini cake tin for the trunk of the tree. Then, I placed the leaf mini pies around the trunk of the tree.

I used Wisconsin cheddar cheese, Wisconsin maple syrup, and apples from my backyard!
