Mary Berry's Cherries Pudding – I stayed with Mary's recipe, since I'd never made a pudding like this before. It tasted great with the cherry jam.

After the pudding came out of the oven, the meringue did not stay crisp. I think it was the humidity. .
How did you add a Wisconsin twist to your flavors or decoration?
I made fresh cherry jam, and all dairy products and eggs were local.
