Poached peach and cherries on mascarpone tart.

Now that you survived this challenge, what words of wisdom do you have to share?

I was going for a larger-size tart. I ended up not finding the pan! So I went with mini tarts. Then I peeled the peach to poach it in white wine with vanilla pod. So tender to touch!

Tell us about how you added a Wisconsin twist.

I used dark cherries – so good with peach, creamy filling and almond crust.
