I’m afraid it was a bit juicy – but still ever so delicious! The sponge was actually wonderfully delicious – so my photo shows a single slice on a plate. (Just before being devoured!)

Describe how you added a Wisconsin twist to your creation.

The Rhubarb was fresh from my garden mid-day and the strawberries. (Well they were frozen from last year’s crop at Kirschbaums… I needed to use them up before I can go picking tomorrow morning!)
