Perfect Peach Pockets. I made a puff pastry and I filled it with peaches and nectarines cooked in maple syrup with cinnamon and nutmeg.

Tell us about your pastry dough and final texture after baking. Are you happy with it?

I made my puff pastry out of water, butter, salt, and flour. It was not crispy after it was baked, and I think it was supposed to be, but I loved it!

Detail how you added a Wisconsin twist to your flavors or presentation.

I used Wisconsin maple syrup.
