Give your bread a name and tell us about your recipe.

Cheddar Chunk and Kringle Bagels: Savory bagels filled with chunks of Wisconsin cheddar cheese and topped with shredded asiago, and sweet cinnamon sugar bagels filled with caramelized apples and a butterscotch spread reminiscent of Kringle fillings.

Would you describe yourself as a rogue baker, or do you strictly adhere to the recipe?

I definitely use the recipe as a pattern, but I enjoy experimenting with different parts or blending two recipes together to create a new twist.

Tell us about how you added a Wisconsin twist to your bread creation.

The savory bagels are packed with Wisconsin cheddar cheese, and the sweet bagels are served with the butterscotch and fruit flavors of the Kringle.
