Sweet Cranberry Herb Fougasse. In my recipe, I kneaded in sweetened dried cranberries and a blend of herbs to complement the berries flavor. The herbs included sage, thyme, and rosemary.

As this was my first time making any kind of "decorational" bread, I was pleasantly surprised at how it turned out. The top wasn’t as brown and crisp as I would have liked and I may have put too many cranberries in the bread. Overall it was a great learning experience and since it was eaten by my family so quickly, I might just have to make it again.

I incorporated Wisconsin-grown cranberries.
