Fresh Strawberry Chocolate Tart. I wanted to make this tart for a friend who really likes chocolate chip cookies. So, the dough layer is from a classic chocolate chip cookie recipe. I baked it to a lovely crispness and to preserve that crispness I added a layer of delicious chocolate ganache. Over that I placed fresh strawberries and brushed them with reduced strawberry jam to give them an appealing shine.

In the summer, keep the bake simple but delicious!
Tell us about how you added a Wisconsin twist.
My usual go-to Wisconsin twist is to use fresh ingredients: strawberries from a nearby farm market and fresh eggs from a neighboring farm.
