What was the biggest surprise during your baking journey? Did you use any unconventional approaches? What did you learn along the way? Tell us about it!

It was quite a challenge to get the fondant just right on the tiny cakes.

How did you add a Wisconsin twist to your flavors or decoration?

Last weekend I had the privilege of returning to my childhood summer camp up in the Northwoods of Wisconsin. It brought back so many fond memories of sitting by the campfire with friends, roasting marshmallows, and counting the stars above. So today I made S'mores Fondant Fancies in honor of my favorite camp dessert.
