Humble failure-my springform pan separated when I put it in the oven.

Describe how you added a Wisconsin twist to your creation.

This cake isn’t traditionally an upside down cake, but I made it so by baking it in a springform pan, lined with a sprinkling of cinnamon and raw sugar.

How did you do?

It’s not pretty, but it’s edible.
