A Rhubarb & Custard Tart Having An Identity Crisis

Now that you survived this challenge, what words of wisdom do you have to share?

I decided to make my tart based on the classic British combination of rhubarb and custard. It baked beautifully and was delicious. But once I removed the tart from the pan and cut it up into squares for serving it transformed into rhubarb bars. Nevertheless, not a morsel remains…
