Strawberry Gin & Tonic Cake. This cake combines two things I look forward to all winter – the first strawberries of the season and sipping a good gin and tonic on my deck.

I’m glad the cake rose so well! The glaze has a little too much gin in it for my liking, but the cake itself, while no beauty queen, is delicious.
Describe how you added a Wisconsin twist to your creation.
The eggs came from our CSA farm in Fort Atkinson and the butter is from Wisconsin.
