Wisconsin 3: Brats, beer and sauerkraut (not quite but a cabbage mix).

Would you describe yourself as a rogue baker, or do you strictly adhere to the recipe?

Rarely follow and sometimes imitate what I eat elsewhere.

Tell us about how you added a Wisconsin twist to your bread creation.

I was going to do filling of all brats but my veggie friends needed their half too. And of course you drink local beer.

How did you do?
