Designer Fruit Tart

Wisconsin Berry Tart – I used an America’s Test Kitchen recipe for the tart crust and filling. I have never made any kind of tart before…I even had to go out and buy the pan! I used local Sassy Cow Creamery cream and milk in the filling. I decided to use all berries that we have here in Wisconsin. In fact, my very first job was working on a berry farm outside Beaver Dam.
Now that you survived this challenge, what words of wisdom do you have to share?
I think I overbaked my crust a bit as I was trying to avoid the dreaded "soggy bottom"!
Tell us about how you added a Wisconsin twist.
I used all local dairy in the crust and pastry cream filling. I used berries that we are able to grow or have wild here in Wisconsin.
