Haven’t baked bread in years, but have always wanted to try to make bagels so this was my chance. Kept it basic and simple for the first try and they actually looked and tasted like bagels!

Tell us about how you added a Wisconsin twist to your bread creation.
For the egg wash, I used egg from my neighbors’ Triple A Dairy farm near Rice Lake.
