Give your cake a name based on the ingredients and decoration – and tell us about the origin of your recipe.

Four-layer strawberry, rhubarb and vanilla cake. The surprise inside is that the layers are ombre, white to light pink, opposite of the icing on the outside of the cake. Two cakes are vanilla, two cakes are strawberry. The layers are separated by a strawberry-rhubarb curd. The icing is cream cheese buttercream.

The cake was devoured before I could take photos of the inside!
