Not a showstopper in looks, but the flavors may pause the show! Passion fruit creme patissiere with milk chocolate ganache cream puffs make up the center of the flower. Passion fruit creme patissiere and white chocolate ganache eclairs make up the petals. Yum!

The Pope Farm Park Conservancy in Middleton, Wisconsin has had beautiful sunflower fields for many years. The field was not planted this year, so this is my attempt to honor the tradition. I also used local whipped cream and eggs.
