Schlitz – that is good bread!

Would you describe yourself as a rogue baker, or do you strictly adhere to the recipe?

Rogue. I tend to start reading a recipe, then just wing it about half way through.

Tell us about how you added a Wisconsin twist to your bread creation.

I threw a Schlitz beer into the dough in place of water. The beer that made Milwaukee famous.
