Tell us about how you added a Wisconsin twist.
I chose the country rhubarb tart because it blends all of what Wisconsin is about: with the rhubarb, with the sour cream, lots of eggs that make the tart nice and fluffy. Now that I have all my ingredients I am going to do Mary Berry’s Treacle Tart and the fruit tart also.
