What was the biggest surprise during your baking journey? Did you use any unconventional approaches? What did you learn along the way? Tell us about it!
Learning how to add whipped egg whites to the batter to make a light & airy chiffon was fun. Learning the importance of adding ingredients at the proper time to make a successful bake was a great lesson.
How did you add a Wisconsin twist to your flavors or decoration?
Knowing it's late in the season, I wanted to savor the last remnants of summer berries and good wisconsin cream. It all turned out so moist and delicious — not overly sweet. . . just real tasty.
