Lemon Pudding Cake. This was my first time making a pudding cake, and I selected a simple recipe I could make on a weeknight. Not my favorite flavor combination – I like my desserts sweet, and this is a bit too tart – but my husband loves lemon.

This was my first time baking something with a hot water bath. I might have taken it out a bit too early, but overall it was a smooth baking adventure!
