Give your bread a name and tell us about your recipe.

I made a basic flatbread recipe and topped it with with onions, pears and blue cheese for a great dinner. I might not have followed the challenge exactly, but the end result was very tasty.

Would you describe yourself as a rogue baker, or do you strictly adhere to the recipe?

I typically adhere to the recipe. I’ve made some pretty bad meals when I stray away.

Tell us about how you added a Wisconsin twist to your bread creation.

I topped the flatbread with Forgotten Valley blue cheese my husband and I love, and drizzled on some Wisconsin honey as the finishing touch.
