Tell us about how you added a Wisconsin twist.
All the fruit I used for my tarts came from a local business here in Milwaukee called Pete’s Fruit Market. A business that started in 1963, by a family from Greece who couldn’t speak a word of English. 55 years later Pete has created a business that embodies the term "family business". He took risks and it paid off in the end. And as a business owner myself, I appreciate this.
