"Challah" Back Morel Mushroom Bread.
I made a 3 strand plaited loaf of bread, stuffed with morel mushrooms and Wisconsin Cheese.

Would you describe yourself as a rogue baker, or do you strictly adhere to the recipe?

Rogue! Whether it turns out great or not so great, I love doing my own thing and learning from my mistakes.

Tell us about how you added a Wisconsin twist to your bread creation.

Morel mushroom hunting has become a very popular activity in Wisconsin, and there are many secret spots to find them. You just have to go search for them 🙂 I paired them with a Wisconsin local, Weyauwega Swiss cheese and stuffed them in the strands of my Challah bread.
