What was your favorite thing about The Great Wisconsin Baking challenge overall (whether you participated in one or all challenges)? What did you learn from this final challenge? What are you most proud of when it comes to your bake?
Trying out new recipes and getting creative. I was very proud of myself for baking in the first place. I am 40 weeks pregnant and ready to pop. I did not want to miss the finale though, so I put on my comfy shoes and largest apron I had and baked my heart out. Looking forward to teaching my daughter how to bake.
Did you incorporate three local ingredients into your Final creation? Tell us about your Wisconsin twist!
I used local raspberries from a farm called Henke’s You Pick raspberries in Jackson, Wisconsin.
