Give your biscuits a name and tell us about your recipe.
Cheesy Scrabble Letters – we used a copycat recipe for cheez-its. Our goal was to find something my son Carter (Ainsley’s brother) would eat (so far the only bake he enjoyed was the bread). The recipe was super simple, requiring no extraordinary ingredients. One correction we’d make was the bake time as the first pan got browner than we’d like before even hitting the low end of the bake range. Oh, and we were successful in finding something Carter liked!

We didn’t change anything with the recipe.
Tell us about how you added a Wisconsin twist to your creation.
Besides good ‘ole Wisconsin cheddar & butter, we used cake decorating letters to create Scrabble tiles. The trick was to press hard enough to see the letter, but not so hard that we cut the dough.
How did you do?
It’s not pretty, but it’s edible.
