Give your bread a name and tell us about your recipe.

We used the King Arthur bagel recipe and made sesame bagels and apple cinnamon sugar bagels.

Would you describe yourself as a rogue baker, or do you strictly adhere to the recipe?

We generally stick to the recipe, but will sometimes add our own twist.

Tell us about how you added a Wisconsin twist to your bread creation.

We used apples instead of raisins to make apple cinnamon bagels rather than raisin cinnamon bagels.

How did you do?

It’s not pretty, but it’s edible.
