Give your baked creation a name and tell us about your flavors. Also, what are you most proud of?

Wisconsin wonders! We used the traditional Paul Hollywood recipe, which included aniseed, caraway and mace. We are most proud of how we twisted the dough to make the Ws.

The key to this week’s challenge is your creative presentation. Describe your display.

We chose to form neat rows with our biscuits, highlighting the Ws.

It’s Wisconsin Week, so you need to showcase a super Wisconsin twist to your recipe and/or arrangement. Tell us about it.

We chose to form our biscuits into Ws, representing Wisconsin. We also chose to use red sugar sprinkles to represent the Badgers.
