My proudest moment was when I saw that my Brandy/Orange gelatin had set. Wheww!

Describe how you added a Wisconsin twist to your creation.

Brandy Old Fashioned is a very popular drink here in Wisconsin. It traditionally made with Brandy, orange and cherries. So I infused the orange gelatin with brandy and also infused the dark chocolate topping with cherry flavoring.
