Madison Farmers Market Danishes. Three flavors of danishes using ingredients found at the Madison farmers market! Strawberry jam pinwheels with a heart center, woven fig and honey danishes, and almond diamonds.

Tell us about your pastry dough and final texture after baking. Are you happy with it?

I made a puff pastry dough, which I felt turned out well. It puffed up a good amount yet kept its shape.

Detail how you added a Wisconsin twist to your flavors or presentation.

Used Wisconsin flavors found at the Madison market.
