Very Berry Victoria Sandwich. It is a King Arthur Flour recipe because I trust royalty with Queen Victoria’s favorite snack. And the measurements are in cups. I enjoyed this recipe. It was quick, easy and impressive. To be honest, I would have loved to do the picnic challenge but I didn’t have time this week.
What was your favorite thing about The Great Wisconsin Baking challenge overall (whether you participated in one or all challenges)? What did you learn from this final challenge? What are you most proud of when it comes to your bake?
My favorite part was that I learned a lot more about baking and tried new things (like the danishes!). I am most proud of how I’ve grown as a hobby baker, technique-wise.

Yes! My own jam from local berries, fresh farm eggs and Shullsburg Creamery butter.
