Over The Rainbow. I used my Betty Crocker Cookbook and found a recipe for white cake. It is called Silver White Cake. So this cake is Over The Rainbow.

Tell us about your proudest moment – or humble failure – in this week’s baking challenge.

I was nervous about getting even frosting layers so it would not be too sweet.

Describe how you added a Wisconsin twist to your creation.

I used basic ingredients, but the butter is Weyauwega butter.
