Rainbow Fruit Tart – I got this recipe online (https://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/paula-deen/fresh-fruit-tart-recipe-1916797) and it’s a keeper! Really refreshing with the lime glaze.

Now that you survived this challenge, what words of wisdom do you have to share?

You can use a springform pan, it just won’t have as pretty of an edge. Also, when making the glaze for this recipe, only use a third of each of the ingredients and use the leftover concentrate to make limeade!

Tell us about how you added a Wisconsin twist.

I used currants from my parents, garden and black caps I picked in the park across the street.
