Lemon Custard Fruit Tart
Now that you survived this challenge, what words of wisdom do you have to share?
Make sure your custard sets up! Adding the citrus to the custard probably altered how it sets. I should have added more egg yolks. And also keep trying! I plan to experiment more with custard desserts.
Tell us about how you added a Wisconsin twist.
My plan was to place the raspberries in the shape of Wisconsin. My pattern looked great on the cutting board, but because the custard was soupy, it didn’t turn out. However, the raspberries were from the backyard bush!
