Apple Strudel. I used a basic recipe and followed the recipe exactly. This was my first time making a strudel dough. The filling was an apple and raisin blend.
What was the biggest surprise during your baking journey? Did you use any unconventional approaches? What did you learn along the way? Tell us about it!
My biggest surprise was using strudel dough. I learned that I like making pies better.
How did you add a Wisconsin twist to your flavors or decoration?
I continued to use Weyauwega butter and Penzeys spices.
