Gigantic Chelsea Bunskis

Now that you’ve survived this challenge, what words of wisdom can you share?

I followed Brenda's "Chelsea Bunski" recipe from the BBC's website. Something went wrong and these things were massive! The recipe said it would make 12 buns, but I'm wondering now if it was actually supposed to be 24, like in the show. They do taste delicious though! I should've realized something was going wrong when the recipe called for 45 grams of yeast – which required a second trip to the store. The dough would've escaped during the rise if it wasn't for the plastic wrap over the bowl!

There is a ton of Wisconsin butter in these massive buns!
