Gov. Walker Signs Five-Year Concealed Carry Bill

The law allows gun owners five years of concealed carry permit regardless of when the permit is renewed. Under previous law, permits expired five years after the date of issuance, even if permit holders renewed their permits early. The law passed with bipartisan votes last week in the Senate and Assembly.
