WPT to Provide Live Coverage of State Biennial Budget Addres

Scott Walker's Biennial Budget Address from the Wisconsin State Assembly Chambers at the State Capitol at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 20. During the speech, Gov. Walker will address the legislature with details on his proposed 2013-2015 state budget. In addition to the live broadcast, WPT also will stream the speech live and archive it at wpt.org for future access. WPT's Frederica Freyberg and Wisconsin Public Radio's Shawn Johnson will co-anchor the televised proceedings from the statehouse. Following the address, Mordecai Lee, Professor of Governmental Affairs at University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, will offer his expert analysis.
