The Great Wisconsin Quilt Show will welcome quilting enthusiasts to the Alliant Energy Center in Madison, Sept. 7-9, 2023. The event hosts quilt lovers from across Wisconsin and throughout the United States to create, learn about and celebrate quilts.

Kevin Ladell, a social studies teacher at Sun Prairie West High School, has earned the PBS Media Literacy Educator Certification, recognizing PreK-12 educators who demonstrate an ability to help learners think critically about media consumption and creation.

Taylor Beck, an 8th-grade social studies teacher at South Milwaukee Middle School, has earned the PBS Media Literacy Educator Certification, recognizing PreK-12 educators who demonstrate an ability to help learners think critically about media consumption and creation.

The Great Wisconsin Quilt Show invites youth quilters and sewists, ages 15 and under, to enter their quilts in the nationally recognized event’s 2023 Kids' Quilt Challenge. The contest is part of the annual Great Wisconsin Quilt Show, presented by PBS Wisconsin and Nancy Zieman Productions. Entries must be received by Aug. 12, 2023.

The all-new PBS Wisconsin documentary, Wisconsin Pride, brings hidden LGBTQ+ stories forward and reconsiders our state’s history in that light. A groundbreaking collaboration between PBS Wisconsin and the Wisconsin Historical Society, the film reveals Wisconsin’s history in a more inclusive scope.
