Official Lucky-Go-Happy Sweepstakes Rules

No contribution is necessary to enter and will not improve your chances of winning. To enter the Lucky-Go-Happy Sweepstakes, complete an Official Entry Form and mail it along with separated Official Entry Tickets according to the instructions below. Or, to receive an official entry packet through the mail, send a stamped/self-addressed #10 envelope to Lucky-Go-Happy, PBS Wisconsin, 821 University Avenue, Madison, WI 53706. One request per envelope, maximum two requests per household. Requests for entry packets must be received by May 1, 2024.
Mail all entries in the enclosed pre-printed envelope, or address an envelope to PBS Wisconsin, Lucky-Go-Happy Sweepstakes, 821 University Avenue, Madison, WI 53706. Affix first class postage to all entries. Postage due entries will not be accepted. Only official Lucky-Go-Happy Sweepstakes Entry Forms may be entered. No facsimiles and/or reproductions will be accepted. All entries must be postmarked by or received on or before June 1, 2024. To be eligible for the Early Bird Prize, entries must be received or post-marked on or before April 30, 2024. PBS Wisconsin and Friends of PBS Wisconsin, Inc. cannot accept responsibility for illegible, lost, damaged or strayed mail which might result in late delivery of entry packets, Official Entry Forms or Official Entry Tickets and/or failure to enter.No more than 12 Official Entry Tickets per household will be accepted. Lucky-Go- Happy Sweepstakes is open to everyone over the age of 18 where such contests are not prohibited by law. The odds of winning any particular prize depend on the number of eligible entries received.
The Lucky-Go-Happy Sweepstakes drawing will be held at PBS Wisconsin on or about June 10, 2024. The Early Bird Prize drawing will be held at PBS Wisconsin on or about May 15, 2024. Both drawings will be supervised by management of PBS Wisconsin, whose decisions regarding winners will be final. Employees of PBS Wisconsin and its affiliates, their household members and immediate family are not eligible to enter. Entrants need not be present at the drawing(s) to win.All winners will be notified by telephone, email or mail. A complete list of winners can be obtained by sending a stamped/self-addressed envelope to PBS Wisconsin – Lucky-Go-Happy Sweepstakes Winners, 821 University Avenue, Madison, WI 53706 after July 31, 2024.
All prizes will be awarded. Any potential winner that cannot be reached or fails to respond within seven (7) calendar days of being notified, or declines the prize shall forfeit all rights to the prize and an alternate winner will be selected in the same manner until a final winner is selected. Winners are responsible for all costs of prize redemption, prize delivery and/or travel to claim a prize, and any tax(es) or fees, which may be applicable. Prizes are not transferrable; substitutions or cash exchanges of prizes will not be allowed. The value of each Lucky-Go-Happy Sweepstakes prize is determined solely by the prize donor or the actual retail price paid for the prize and such determination is final for all purposes. Certain blackout dates or other restrictions may apply to the redemption of prizes. Certain prizes must be picked up at the offices of Friends of PBS Wisconsin, Inc.
Lucky-Go-Happy Sweepstakes is offered by PBS Wisconsin and Friends of PBS Wisconsin, Inc. By entering, entrant agrees to abide by, and be bound by, these Official Rules and all applicable local, state and federal laws. By participating, entrants release PBS Wisconsin and Friends of PBS Wisconsin, Inc., their employees, directors, trustees and agents from any and all liability with respect to any prize. PBS Wisconsin and Friends of PBS Wisconsin, Inc. cannot be responsible for malfunction, fit, availability, delays or damage in delivery of prizes. Winners will be required to sign a publicity release and a winner’s affidavit prior to receipt of any prize. Any and all disputes arising out of the Lucky-Go-Happy Sweepstakes, shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin and brought solely and exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction in Dane County, Wisconsin. By participating, entrants hereby consent to the jurisdiction of such courts and waive any defense of inconvenient forum.Sweepstakes prizes are provided by community-minded businesses as recognized in the prize brochure. Your contribution goes toward supporting the programs you enjoy on PBS Wisconsin.
