A colorful collage of historical images from Wisconsin's LGBTQ+ past.

Diverse & Resilient, Lawrence University, and PBS Wisconsin have partnered to screen the new 2023 documentary about LGBTQ+ lives and history in Wisconsin.

Part One will be screened on Sunday, October 29th, with a panel of those who lived the history on hand for a discussion and Q&A afterwards. Community members, students, and scholars can engage with speakers for a discussion about how our past shapes out history.

Part Two will be screened on Monday, October 30th, after which we’ll hear from Brice Smith, the scholar who wrote the biography of Milwaukee’s own Lou Sullivan, the trans man who shaped the trans masculine movement and created FTM International.

Both evenings are free and open to the public. Register for tickets: https://forms.gle/Twa2rHDxPUT6zqbu5
