Strawberry Rhubarb Pie

Doing the decorations on top; braiding, especially, took way too long but I think it looks great.
Describe how you added a Wisconsin twist to your creation.
We used rhubarb from the garden and our free range chickens' eggs. The shape of Wisconsin is cut out of the center top crust and is decorated with flowers and leaves. The recipe is from a Norske Nook cookbook and the braiding ties it to it’s Norwegian culture.
