Raspberry Nutella Torte. I baked two layers using melted bittersweet chocolate and some Nutella. Once cooled, I assembled the cake with whipped cream, fresh raspberries and Nutella drizzled on top. It was a hit with my husband and three boys.
What was the biggest surprise during your baking journey? Did you use any unconventional approaches? What did you learn along the way? Tell us about it!
I used almond flour and folded in whipped egg whites to lighten the batter.
How did you add a Wisconsin twist to your flavors or decoration?
I used raspberries from my garden. Delicious!
