Baby Rhubarb Upside Cakes – I lightly modified a recipe from "Baking with Julia" for this cake.

Tell us about your proudest moment – or humble failure – in this week’s baking challenge.

I was terrified that my cakes would come out looking horrible but I was pleasantly surprised by their end appearance.

Describe how you added a Wisconsin twist to your creation.

My upside down cake uses Wiscoy rhubarb fresh from the garden as well as farm-fresh eggs.
