Yorkshire Pudding

Give your batter creation a name – and tell us about your recipe.

Joel’s Yorkshire pudding. Due to travel and kids, grandkids in the house had very little baking time. Sunday afternoon my son-in-law and I had time to bake he has made them before so glad for his help. Have not had time to make a filling yet.

Now that you’ve survived The Great British Baking Show’s first-ever batter challenge, what words of wisdom can you share?
