Classic Midwest Pineapple Upside Down Cake: My recipe came from the classic pineapple upside down cake my Mom made in the ’60s and ’70s as a delicious treat for her 5 kids. I fondly remember how good this cake tasted.

When my husband said the cake was beautiful and delicious!

Describe how you added a Wisconsin twist to your creation.

I used Wisconsin butter in the cake and decorated it with Carmen Jewel Cherries from our very own tree!
