Give your bread a name and tell us about your recipe.

"Trip to the farmer’s market" loaf, I was inspired seeing the kohlrabi at the farmers market so I adapted a potato bread recipie using the kohlrabi instead. I also added cheddar cheese for a nice sharp saltiness.

Would you describe yourself as a rogue baker, or do you strictly adhere to the recipe?

Rogue all the way! I love adapting recipes and tweaking things.

Tell us about how you added a Wisconsin twist to your bread creation.

I added kohlrabi and Wisconsin cheddar cheese to my dough. I love locally grown ingredients.
